Hardcopy:
To correct
your printed manuscript we use traditional proof marks, combined with
any house publishing rules that you send to us.
Softcopy:
If you prefer to stay in the electronic domain, there are variations
depending on the the type of document. Typically we use the 'Track Changes'
feature in your word processing software. There are two ways to accept
or reject the changes we've made:

- Right click on the red change and select 'Accept Change' or 'Reject
Change', OR
2
- Go to the Tools menu, select 'Track Changes' and then 'Accept Change'
or 'Reject Change'. With this menu you will be able to integrate the
changes all at once or one by one. |
