While it is our business to ensure the returned document is free from all errors, this can only be achieved by the skill and experience of human input, and it is still human to very rarely err.

Privacy statement:
We firmly believe that the customer's document is his or her intellectual property. We do not share, sell or distribute what our customers send to us. Our customer's documents are only read and corrected by our editorial staff.

We will not disclose our customer's e-mail address or personal details to anyone.
